Sweet Corns Sabzi
I don't use extra spices on it so that everyone can enjoy this super tasty dish. I assure you that this dish can make your lunch and dinner perfect, and everyone will be happy to eat this corn sabzi.

This sweet corn is a popular food that is considered both a vegetable and whole grain. It can be eaten whole as sweet corn or popcorn or processed into chips, oil and syrup. Everyone at my home likes this dish very much. It is very much tasty.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup boiled sweetcorns
- 1 large chopped onion
- 5-6 chopped garlic cloves
- 1 chopped tomato
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- salt to taste
- oil to cook
Method
- Take a pan and add oil on it.
- Once the oil is heat then put cumin seeds.
- Add all the spices like turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala and salt and give a nice mix.
- Put boiled sweet corns and mix well.
- Cover the pan with lid and let it cook for some time then sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and mix well.

Cooking Time 10 mins
Advice
- Before boil the corns please wash properly to remove stickiness and dirtiness.
- Corns should not be over boiled because it can be flat, and taste can be spoiled.
- Put the corns only hot water.
- While boiling the corns add some salt to cooking process fast.t
