Ingredients
- 1 ltr milk
- 1 cup oats
- some saffron strings
- few cardamoms
- dry fruits and nuts according to your choice
Recipe
- First, take some milk in a small bowl, then put some saffron strings on it and set it aside. Next, take a heavy-bottomed pan and pour the milk on it and boil it.
- After boiling the milk, add roasted oats and cook for a few mins on a low flame.
- Now add cardamoms and mix well for a nice aroma.
- Add saffron milk to it to give a beautiful color texture.
- Then add the dry fruits on it and cook for five mins.
- Serve hot or chill.

Advice
- I used normal roasted cut oats, you can choose the oats according to the choice.
- You can use sugar as I did not use it because I used some dried fruits and berries for sweetness.
- Choose dry fruits according to your choice.
- You can use dates for sweetness as well.
- Even you can make plane kheer.
